Brent Schrotenboer, of the San Diego Union-Tribune, reports San Diego Chargers SS Terrence Kiel was cited by police for public urination outside a club last month. The San Diego City Attorney's office is reviewing the case, with Kiel scheduled for a court hearing Feb. 20.
