Lions | Moore Likely to Retire

Mlive.com reports Detroit Lions WR Herman Moore, who restructured his contract with the team on Tuesday, is expected to retire during the off-season. The Lions want him to remain part of the organization in some high-profile capacity. Moore wants to go out on his own terms so a retirement isn't likely to happen immediately as he wants to make sure there isn't a team out there that would like to have him play a big role in their offense.
