49ers | Smith limited in Thursday practice

Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers LB Derek M. Smith (hamstring) took part in individual drills Thursday, Dec. 28, but did not take part in team drills. He is questionable for the Week 17 game and would likely be replaced by Jeff Ulbrich if he cannot play.
