NFL | Q. Carter arrested Friday, faces drug charge
Eric Aasen, of The Dallas Morning News, reports former NFL QB Quincy Carter was arrested early Friday, Dec. 15, on a charge of possession of marijuana. Police arrived at a house in south Irving, Texas, and fount Carter inside a house causing a disturbance, according to police spokesman Officer David Tull. Carter was found with less than two ounces of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. He was released from the Irving Jail later Friday after posting $500 bail. Fort Worth Star-Telegram sports columnist Randy Galloway posted his bail and said he did not see a conflict of interest in posting Carter's bail since he is no longer playing.
