Texans | Police & Courts: charges vs. Weary dropped

The Associated Press reports a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest against Houston Texans OG Fred Weary was dismissed Tuesday, Nov. 21. Weary was shot with a Taser and arrested after a traffic stop last week. The case was dismissed because a judge found that there was insufficient evidence to support the charge.
