Panthers | D. Williams injury update

Carolina Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams' (ankle) status for the team's Week 6 game remains uncertain. Williams will be evaluated again later this week. Williams has a sprained ankle, however head coach John Fox said Monday, Oct. 9, that tests revealed no broken bones. If Williams cannot play, RB Nick Goings would serve as the backup to RB DeShaun Foster.
