Redskins | Gibbs frustrated with penalties

Howard Bryant, of the Washington Post, reports Washington Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs is getting frustrated with the amount of penalties the team is committing and the nature of some of the penalties. The Redskins committed 12 penalties for 126 yards against the Houston Texans Week 3. On one play, Redskins RB Clinton Portis was given a 15-yard taunting penalty after he appeared to spin the ball in the face of Texans LB DeMeco Ryans. Gibbs is frustrated to the point where he has asked his new coaches for suggestions on how to cut down the amount of penalties.
