Eagles | Rotation will remain the same, McDougle to take Kearse’s spot
Chris McPherson, of PhiladelphiaEagles.com, reports Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson has said he will stick to the eight-man defensive line rotation he used for the first two weeks of the season despite missing DL Jevon Kearse (knee) for the rest of the year. "It's not going to change," said Johnson. "We're going to continue to play eight defensive linemen and keep the rotation that we have. We might have some guys play a little bit more in that rotation." With Kearse out, DL Jerome McDougle will take Kearse's spot in the rotation. However, it is not clear yet who will start in Kearse's place.
