MLB | Galarraga could return as hitting coach
The Palm Beach Post reports retired slugger Andres Galarraga, who played for the Colorado Rockies, Montreal Expos, Atlanta Braves, San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, said he will consider getting back into baseball as a hitting coach in the next year or two. He said an ideal situation some day would be the Marlins because he could remain close to his family. Dolphin Stadium is about an hour south of West Palm Beach, where Galarraga lives.
