Panthers | Wharton injury could have season-long implications

Pat Yasinskas, of the Charlotte Observer, reports Carolina Panthers OT Travelle Wharton (knee) suffered a strained knee Week 1 that could be a major injury and cause season-long implications. The team used OG Mike Wahle and OT Jordan Gross at Wharton's left tackle position, but both struggled to stop the Atlanta Falcons defense.
