Raiders | Shell expects Raiders to rebound

Jason Jones, of the Sacramento Bee, reports Oakland Raiders head coach Art Shell feels his team is ready to compete and win in 2006 despite compiling a 13-35 record the last three seasons. "I expect to win," Shell said. "I always do. As I told the team, I have never, I can say this, I have never gone into any contest believing I couldn't win. That's always been my approach. We can find a way to get it done."
