Chargers | Whitehurst and Elliott each throw two interceptions

The Associated Press reports San Diego Chargers QB Charlie Whitehurst and QB Brett Elliott each threw two interceptions in the team's preseason finale loss Friday, Sept. 1, to the San Francisco 49ers. Whitehurst finished the game 5-of-9 passing for 52 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions. Elliott threw another two interceptions and finsiehd 5-of-10 passing for 46 yards.
