Rams | Glover uses getting cut as motivation
Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams DL La'Roi Glover uses his releases from the Oakland Raiders in 1997 as motivation. "Once I did get picked up, I kind of used that (Oakland release) as a motivation. Let's hypothetically say it's the second week of two-a-days, and I don't really feel like practicing today. It's kind of like the devil and the angel," said Glover. The approach worked and it would be eight years since he would get released again.
