Packers | Team willing to practice against another team next summer
Bob McGinn, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson and head coach Mike McCarthy will discuss the possibility of practicing against another team next summer. However, the team would only consider it if the practice is held in Green Bay. The team will not consider an arrangement where they would host a team one year and then travel to that team's camp the next year. Thompson said, "We're not going to take this team anywhere ever. This whole experience means too much to the fans. I think it's unique that it does. The training camp tradition at this place is pretty special."
