Steelers | Barr could make the team
Gerry Dulac, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers P Mike Barr has a chance to make the team in 2006. P Chris Gardocki is entering his 16th NFL season and is scheduled to make $1.088 million with a cap value of $1.3 million. He also ranked 23rd in the NFL in gross punting average and 29th in net average, but the team likes how fast he gets the ball off. Gardocki has never had a punt blocked in 1,112 career attempts, an NFL record.
