Bengals | Pollack looking to improve on rookie season
Bill Rabinowitz, of the Columbus Dispatch, reports Cincinnati Bengals LB David Pollack knows his holdout last season slowed his progress from college to the NFL. He has added five pound of muscle and hired a personal trainer to supplement his regular work with the team. "I worked out with the Bengals in the morning and with him in the evening," said Pollack. "Tomorrow, I'll be out here for hundreds of reps. That's something I need. I need to be drilled and get in great shape and keep going through every coverage in my head so I know what I'm supposed to be and do so when I get on the field on Sundays there's no thinking. It's just instinct and playing. That's when it's fun. It's not fun when you're thinking the whole time. It's fun when you can just let it loose and let it all hang out."
