Browns | R. Tucker might need arthroscopic surgery

Zac Jackson, of ClevelandBrowns.com, reports Cleveland Browns OT Ryan Tucker (knee) said he might need arthroscopic surgery in order to be ready for the season opener Sept. 10. Tucker missed practice Sunday, July 30, for the third consecutive day. He said his knee felt better Sunday and that if it feels better Monday, July 31, he would not have surgery on his knee. Arthroscopic surgery would likely keep him out for most of training camp, but might have him back in time for the opener. OG Kirk Chambers, OT Nat Dorsey and OT Jon Dunn took snaps with the No. 1 offense at right tackle while Tucker is out.
