Ravens | Team looking to build chemistry

Mike Duffy, of BaltimoreRavens.com, reports Baltimore Ravens head coach Brian Billick, general manager Ozzie Newsome and owner Steve Bisciotti met in the offseason to discuss ways to bring chemistry back to the team that finished 6-10 in 2005. "I had two partners that came to me at a crucial time in an inclusive way," said Billick referring to the offseason meetings. The tandem of Newsome and Bisciotti made suggestions regarding coaching style, personnel, coaching regarding personnel and the organization in an attempt to achieve chemistry within the organization.
