Lindsey Collom, of the Arizona Republic, reports former NFL CB Phillippi Sparks was booked into a Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix on suspicion of aggressive driving, a misdemeanor, but was released by 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 18. He was weaving in and out of traffic on Interstate 17 at speeds of more than 100 mph, authorities said. Department of Public Safety officers originally held him for aggressive driving, reckless driving and criminal speed, an agency spokesman said.
