Falcons | Kelly Back

John Clayton reports for ESPN one week after releasing LB Jeff Kelly, the Atlanta Falcons have re-signed him. The Falcons released Kelly by withdrawing their $563,000 tender offer last week. He was approached by three teams. The Falcons then re-signed Kelly at the $563,000 salary, but if he suffers a season-ending injury, his salary would drop to $200,000.
