Buccaneers | Fiedler won’t be ready for training camp

Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jay Fiedler (shoulder) is now about 85-90 percent recovered from last season's shoulder surgery, but he will be unable to be a full-time training camp participant right away. Fiedler will have to beat out QB Tim Rattay to be QB Chris Simms' backup.
