Browns | Crennel discusses wide receivers after minicamp ends
The Canton Repository reports Cleveland Browns WR Frisman Jackson might have a leg up on being the No. 3 wideout behind starting WRs Joe Jurevicius and Dennis Northcutt at the start of the season, if WR Braylon Edwards (knee) isn't back from knee surgery. Head coach Romeo Crennel said WR Josh Cribbs "came on and made some plays." He said WR Brandon Rideau has improved, but "didn't make as many plays as I hoped."
