Ravens | R. Lewis says comments in interview were misconstrued

Mike Duffy, of BaltimoreRavens.com, reports Baltimore Ravens LB Ray Lewis said that the comments he made during an ESPN interview in April were misconstrued. Lewis was asked if he missed former Ravens DT Sam Adams and retired DT Tony Siragusa, who was part of the Ravens' 2000 Super Bowl title run. "When they ask me something, I speak from my heart," Lewis said. "Do I miss those guys? Heck yeah, I miss those guys. I won a championship with those guys. Why wouldn't I miss those guys? It's not about I'm pointing out one player on my team. As soon as I heard how everybody was taking it, the first thing I did was reach out to my teammates to say, "Look, don't believe everything you hear, because it's truly not what it's supposed to be.'"
