Eagles | Nordgren confident despite long odds

Marc Narducci, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Matt Nordgren, although a long shot of making the team's final roster, remains unfazed at the prospect of playing in the NFL. "I have thrown to [Detroit Lions WR] Roy E. Williams and to [Chicago Bears RB] Cedric Benson and thrown against [Chicago Bears CB] Nathan Vasher and [San Diego Chargers CB] Quentin Jammer, guys who are starting in the NFL, every day of my life," said Nordgren, who attended the University of Texas. "So I am not going to see a faster guy out here, and I am not going to have any questions coming in."
