Blue Jays | Blue Jays agree to terms with J. Wells

Jordan Bastian, of Toronto.BlueJays.MLB.com, reports the Toronto Blue Jays agreed to terms with P Josh Wells Monday, May 22. Wells has posted a 4.18 ERA, with 40 strikeouts and only 15 walks in 33 innings, for the Canterbury Vikings of the Sydney League in Australia. Wells will spend this summer in the MLB-sanctioned Australian Academy before moving into the Blue Jays instructional league outfit this fall.
