Associated Press reports that former Miami Dolphins RB Cecil Collins admitted to entering his neighbor's apartment after having too much to drink when he was questioned by the police after his arrest last month. Collins admitted to entering the apartment just to look at the woman he had met at the complex' s gym. "The liquor had my mind at the time," Collins said. "I just went back to the apartment and I seen the window cracked. I just wanted to go look. I open the bedroom door and that's when the dude came out saying something ... so that's when I ran out."
