Packers | D. Washington practices; still appears out of shape
Cliff Christl, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports Green Bay Packers DT Donnell Washington practiced at minicamp Friday, May 19, but he still appears to be out of shape. Washington was held out of the team's first minicamp for not meeting conditioning requirements. In agility drills at the start of the Friday morning practice, Washington worked at a slower speed than the other defensive tackles, but Washington had the most power on a sled drill. He said after practice that he had benched press 500 pounds a year ago and probably could do 510 right now. He said he has lost seven pounds since the first minicamp and is down to 338 pounds on his 6-foot-6 frame.
