NFLEurope.com reports New Orleans Saints LB Russel Rabe was named Defensive Player of NFL Europe Week 9. He recorded six tackles and two sacks for 18 yards during his club's second successive victory, a 13-10 triumph over the Rhein Fire. Rabe plays for the Hamburg Sea Devils.
