Carruth Switches Lawyers

CBS SportsLine is reporting that former Carolina Panthers WR Rae Carruth has hired a new team of lawyers. Kenneth Spaulding, a prominent black leader in Durham, NC and will lead the group and be joined by high-profile Chapel Hill lawyer David Rudolf. Carruth is expected to plead not guilty to charges that he organized the slaying of his pregnant girlfriend.
