NFLEurope.com reports Oakland Raiders PK David Kimball has been named NFL Europe's Special Teams Player of Week 8 for the second time in the past three weeks as he kicked a game-winning 23-yard field goal with two seconds remaining to lead his team, the Frankfurt Galaxy, past the Rhein Fire 16-14.
