Falcons | Bergeron can not sign until Thursday

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the Atlanta Falcons are expected to sign undrafted rookie free agent WR Troy Bergeron (Middle Tennessee State), but he is unable to sign until Thursday, May 4. There is a 72-hour moratorium on AFL players whose owners also own NFL teams. Flacons owner Arthur Blank also owns the Georgia Force, where Bergeron was one of the top players for the 2005 season.
