Packers | Team to work out K. Hebert

Jim Bender, of the Winnipeg Sun, reports the Green Bay Packers are going to work out CFL free agent LB Kyries Hebert. He had been indicted on charges stemming from a domestic dispute in a Houston, Texas suburb, but he agreed to a plea bargain, which reduced his charges to two misdemeanors and no felony record. Agent J.R. Rickert said Hebert has other NFL workouts and that Hebert could also wind up back in the CFL. Hebert spent time in training camp with the Minnesota Vikings in 2002 and the Houston Texans in 2003.
