NFL | Sanders works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Wisconsin LB Dontez Sanders measured a height of 6-0 and a weight of 217 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.55 seconds and 4.57 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.32 seconds, the long shuttle in 11.51 seconds, and the three-cone drill in 6.99 seconds. He measured a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot broad jump while completing six repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
