NFL | Holmes works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Washington State OL Norvell Holmes measured a height of 6-2 1/2 and a weight of 284 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 5.38 seconds and 5.42 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.78 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.99 seconds. He measured a 31 1/2-inch vertical jump and an 8-foot-11 broad jump while completing 21 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
