NFL | Means works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Arizona S Lamon Means measured a height of 6-2 3/4 and a weight of 215 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.68 seconds and 4.53 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.35 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.24 seconds. He measured a 38 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-4 broad jump while completing 23 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
