NFL | T. Royal works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports South Florida DL Terrence Royal measured a height of 6-1 3/4 and a weight of 256 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the short shuttle in 4.40 seconds, the long shuttle in 13.01 seconds, and the three-cone drill in 7.67 seconds. He measured a 35 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot broad jump while completing 22 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
