NFL | R. Griffin works out at Pro Day

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Alabama DL Rudy Griffin measured a height of 6-0 1/2 and a weight of 287 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 5.50 seconds and 5.59 seconds and finished the short shuttle in 4.89 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.19 seconds. He measured a 27 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 7-foot-9 broad jump while completing 23 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
