White Sox | Honel to start at extended spring camp

The Chicago Tribune reports Chicago White Sox P Kris Honel (elbow), the team's top pick in the 2001 draft, will likely start the season at extended spring training while he recovers from an injured right elbow. Team officials believe Honel should recover in time to be assigned to a team by May.
