NCAA | Raiola struggles in his 40s
Tom Silverstein and Bob McGinn, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, report Wisconsin OC Donovan Raiola failed to distinguish himself in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. Raiola (6-2, 300) ran 5.49 twice, a time so slow that, barring a much faster time at Pro Day, might cost him a chance to be drafted. One scout grimaced when asked about Raiola's showing and said, "Free agent." Raiola indicated here during the week that he hoped scouts wouldn't go overboard on his 40.
