NCAA | A. Phillips interviews at the NFL Combine

During his NFL Combine interview, Penn State CB Anwar Phillips said he has selected Joel Segal to be his agent. He measured at 5-11 and 193 pounds. He said he probably will not workout at the Combine. He said he expects to be picked in the second-round, with a chance he could move up to the first-round.
