Bills | Browns | Yes Or No? Either Way It's Close

ESPN reports the Browns and Bills have completed a trade for LB Chris Spielman where the Browns would give up a late-round pick in exchange for Spielman. The Beacon Journal reports that Spielman and Bills GM John Butler told reporters in Buffalo the trade was not final, though it could be soon.
