Lions | Team's pursuit of Grimm will have to wait
The Detroit Free Press reports the Detroit Lions pursuit of Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line coach Russ Grimm as head coach will have to wait since the Steelers advanced in the playoffs. Grimm is reportedly at or near the top of the Lions' list. It is not clear if the Lions will wait or move in a different direction. "I'll just wait and see what their decision's going to be," Grimm said. Grimm said he interviewed with the Lions Thursday night, Jan. 12, in a Pittsburgh hotel conference room. He said the meeting lasted five hours, breaking up about midnight.
