Redskins | R. Brown retires

Tim Booth, of the Associated Press, reports Washington Redskins OG Ray Brown has retired from the NFL. Brown said, "This is it. Unless there's some flag football somewhere. I'm not going to hit anybody." The 43-year old lineman retired after 272 games and 20 years in the league. He played for five separate teams, including the St. Louis Cardinals, and made one Pro Bowl appearance in 2001.
