Dolphins | Green Light on Trade Negotiations

The Miami Herald reports the 49ers have given OL Kevin Gogan and QB Jim Druckenmiller the permission to seek a trade and the Dolphins have spoken with the agents for both players. Reportedly Gogan is being shopped for a third or fourth-round draft pick while it is unclear what the price for Druckenmiller is. "I am aware Miami has an interest in me," Gogan said in Friday's editions of the San Jose Mercury News. "I hope they are because I played for Jimmy in Dallas and I know what he's like with his players and I know they have a legitimate opportunity to win a Super Bowl." Reportedly the Jets and Falcons have also shown an interest in Druckenmiller. The article also says the Dolphins may contact the agent for former Dolphins WR Tony Martin who was released on Friday by the Falcons.
