Bills | Gray in limbo in Buffalo

Updating previous reports, the Buffalo News reports Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator Jerry Gray has not been fired, nor has he resigned from the team. However, there are rumors Gray will either resign or be let go. Bills owner Ralph C. Wilson Jr. fueled the speculation, perhaps inadvertently, Thursday, Jan. 4, when he said, "I would like to meet whoever is going to be the offensive and defensive coordinators." Gray would like to be a head coach somewhere in the NFL next season, but is open about returning to the Bills if it doesn't happen. Gray also said he has no problem continuing to coach under head coach Mike Mularkey, adding that they have a good working relationship.
