Vikings | Fowler may move on
Sean Jensen, of the Pioneer Press, reports Minnesota Vikings OL Melvin Fowler said he may not be back with the team in 2006. The probable return of OC Matt Birk would relegate Fowler to backup duty and he wants to be a starter. Asked where he wants to play, Fowler said: "It doesn't matter where I go, as long as I have the opportunity to start. That's where I want to be." Asked about being a backup to Birk, Fowler said starting is a "priority."
