Chiefs | Police and Courts: Siavii Sued

Elizabeth Merrill, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs DL Junior Siavii is being sued by a former Minneapolis security guard who claims he was assaulted by Siavii in a late-night incident during training camp. Siavii was allegedly "very drunk" and started punching the guard, Islam Essa, when he was not allowed inside a nightclub on the first floor of a hotel. Essa is asking for damages for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is also asking for punitive damages and attorney fees and costs.
