Cowboys | RB Coach Lynn Returns to Sidelines
Updating a previous report, Jennifer Floyd Engel, of the Forth Worth Star-Telegram, reports Dallas Cowboys running backs coach Anthony Lynn (face, legs) returned to his duties last week after being the victim of a hit-and-run automobile accident. According to police officials, a drunk driver was traveling 40 M.P.H. over the speed limit struck Lynn, who was hurled 45 feet into the air, suffering a broken nose and multiple lacerations. Lynn, who did not suffer any major injuries, was released from the hospital and is grateful to be alive. "Coach Parcells did not want me back until next week," Lynn said. "But sitting at home or laying in the hospital bed, I just wanted to get up and get back around the fellas and take my mind off what happened and get back to my job and football."
