Broncos | Second Unit Leads the Way

Andrew Mason, of DenverBroncos.com, reports the Denver Broncos second-string offense started the team's preseason game Friday, Sept. 2, and led the team to a 30-21 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Broncos' No. 2 QB Bradlee Van Pelt ended the night with 16 completions in 24 attempts for 129 yards and three touchdowns, posting a 112.5 passer rating in the process. WR Darius Watts caught two of Van Pelt's touchdown passes.
