Elizabeth Merrill, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs DL Junior Siavii has been given an Oct. 6 court date to appear on charges stemming from a late-night disturbance at a Minneapolis hotel last weekend. He was not present Wednesday morning, Aug. 17, as his lawyer entered not-guilty pleas for one count of disorderly conduct and one count of fifth-degree assault. Both charges are misdemeanors. The maximum penalty for disorderly conduct is a year in jail and a $3,000 fine, according to Minnesota statutes and the maximum penalty for fifth-degree assault is 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
